It is not a taboo for priest not to marry. In the Catholic Church it has been said that as long as you become a Priest of God, you should and will never marry.
You may ask why? And try to find the reasons
for this and not to quote passages that you do not understand and
cannot and can never interpret.

How
will you say because you saw by looking
and reading the plain text of a particular passage in the bible when God
said
fill the earth and multiply? This has always been you point? Just for
you to fulfill your selfish, immoral and ungodly desire in marriage.
Look into what God is saying, have children
and multiply, that they will make your descendant buttress; it is just to point
out that God has made us fertile and not barren or sterile, that we have the
power to reproduce our own kind, to increase our populations.
Why then do you use God’s words that you do
not understand as a reason for you to sin against him?
Priest of the Catholic Church do not get
married because of the sake of the kingdom
of God. Or haven't you read in the
book of Mathew 19:11-12 when Jesus spoke on this particular issue?
Remember in the Old Testament the two sons of
Samuel who mismanaged God’s temple, God’s sacrifices, his offering and they
cause a lot of trouble for people worshiping in the holy temple. Samuel was a
priest of God but his Children gave him headache always. Then God warned Samuel
that He (God) will destroy his two sons for they are defying His Holy Temple
Finally Samuel died because of his Children’s
attitude and the kidnapped of the Lord’s Covenant Box.
This is just to let you see reasons why it is
not even proper to get married while doing the work of God, because you are
totally devoted to him and him alone. And that you have presented your self as
a living sacrifice.
Not marring is the best option for them to
save themselves from everyday trouble of married Couples, their children and
other problems they are likely to encounter. Go into families today and see for
yourself what they are encountering in marriage.
If you say it is a sin not to marry, then I will
say to you that you have not started with the bible and I urge you to start
again from the front cover of your bible to the back page again. But this time
slowly and in meditation, prayer for understanding.
Paul even said in one of his letters that it
is not a sin not to marry and he even advised us not to marry. Yes pastors who
married are living in peace, some in pieces, and some in a worthless life,
because of the desire of the flesh.
Pastors who preach everyday, have they
preached about Galatians and the work of the Holy Spirit, about the Body (Temple)
of God. Why then do you say rubbish with your mouth?
The priests of God, consecrate the Holy Body
& Blood of Jesus Christ everyday and they are expected to be pure in heart
and body.
If they fall into sin, they go into confession
because no one is perfect before God Almighty and everyone is likely to fall
into sin one day.
So take care in reading with understanding. I pray
you will learn and other Catholics over the world would know why it is good to
remain in your faith in God and not to forsake your Catholic faith.
